Q: My download link doesn't work. What should I do?

A: There could be a number of reasons for this which include but aren't limited to the following: [1] Your transaction did not process or was not approved. [2] The incorrect link was posted on the download page.

First check to make sure that your transaction actually processed. If it has then please submit a ticket via our help desk. Please include your transaction id for faster processing.
